Allan Warshawsky relocated to Ithaca in 1972, from New York City where he was a social worker and translator. During his years in Ithaca he has been an owner and chef at the world famous Moosewood Restaurant.

In 1984, Allan got into real estate and has consistently been a top producer in the county. Allan ran his own Real Estate company for five years, but didn't like being chained to a desk and wanted to get back to spending time with his clients showing and selling houses.

Allan has sat on the boards of Planned Parenthood in Tompkins County and AIDSWork, providing assistance to those with HIV. When not attending to work or civic responsibilities, Allan divides his time between his prize-winning garden and his family.

Allan is known for his ability to match people with their "perfect house". He is also an outstanding listing agent with a proven method for fast and rewarding sales.
