Since 1979, Mary Yaple has engaged her services in all facets of real estate, including residential and relocation, in the Ithaca area.  She is especially knowledgeable about new construction and home building, and helped start the Lakeview development in which she designed and built her own home.

Mary was born in Washington D.C., but has lived in the Ithaca area for many years.  She graduated from Ithaca College with a B.A. in International Relations and taught American History at Ithaca High School in the 1970’s.   She raised her three daughters, now married, in the Ithaca community.  Her middle daughter is a doctor at John Hopkins in Baltimore, and her eldest and youngest are both wonderful full-time mothers.

Mary is a member of Rotary International.  In her leisure time, she likes to play golf, collect antiques and travel.  Some of her destinations have included England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland and Spain.

Mary appreciates the lovely Ithaca area and feels she knows not only the market, but the people and community as well. Mary has earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and is a consistent top producer.  She is energetic and committed to helping her clients with their real estate needs.
