Leaving behind the fast-paced, high-pressure demands of Chicago's advertising world, Jen Micale relocated to Ithaca from the Windy City in 1992 in search of a better quality of life and to head up the Ithaca chapter of the American Heart Association. In Ithaca, Jen discovered what she had longed for: a community of passionate people who still believe that one person can make a difference!

Eventually, Jen went on to earn a master's degree in education and taught in the Ithaca City School District until becoming a mom to Sofia (10) and Isabella (7). As an ambitious at-home-mom, Jen ran a start-up executive recruiting company where Jen honed her skills in the fine arts of negotiation, rapport building, and follow-through. As if this weren't enough, Jen further enhanced her business and sales skills through her own advertising-for-realtors business. It was this that led Jen to discover the perfect blend of her passions and talents-selling real estate!

Now in her fifth year with Audrey Edelman Realty USA, Jen has a well established base of happy, satisfied clients. With a passion for and commitment to the Green Movement, Jen spent 3 days of class time earning NAR's GREEN Designation.

Possessing savvy negotiating and diplomatic skills, a high moral standard, first-hand relocation experience, and knowledge of the Ithaca area, Jen is well equipped to see a real estate transaction through to successful completion. She is known to be diligent, dedicated, and trustworthy, both professionally and personally. With integrity, hard work, and heart, Jen gets results! When not working with clients, Jen can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family. Jen is an avid cyclist, birder, hiker of the Finger Lakes trails, a practicing outdoor survivalist, and yellow belt in karate.
