Mary was schooled in related fields that help build solid foundation in her real estate career. She attended the Cambridge School of cartography and photogrammetry, land surveying, mapping and engineering. She created maps from aerial photos and staked boundaries for real properties. Later, Mary moved to Hawaii and majored in business management and accounting at the university of Hawaii.

A veteran in real estate sales and management in Hawaii, Mary moved to Ithaca in 2001 to be with her family. She found a new home at Audrey Edelman Realty USA to practice her real estate mania. She brought with her the Aloha Spirit in real estate serving her customers, buyers and sellers with great enthusiasm, commitment, dedication and professionalism.

Customers love working with Mary. She takes them through step by step the process of buying and selling real estate. Mary gives her clients 100% of her undivided attention serving their goals in buying or selling their homes. She listens to their concerns. Her ability to speak Mandarin, Hakka and Cantonese is a delight to the fast growing Asian community in Ithaca.

Mary supports and gives back to the community. She serves in the Ithaca-Cayuga Kiwanis Club, the Ithaca Asian American Association, She volunteers in Beverley J Martin School, and the Ithaca Unitarian Church pastoral Care. In her spare time she enjoys physical fitness, traveling, going to theatres, golfing, hiking and reading.
