A Tompkins County native, Jim enjoyed starting his own business, Lane’s Automotive, and watching it grow. After ten years in business he decided to pursue his true passion, real estate. Now along with his lovely wife, Amy, Jim owns and manages several investments properties.

In his leisure time Jim enjoys his three children, and pursues a love of the outdoors, rehabbing properties and serving on the Board for The Tompkins County Landlords Association.
