Kathleen Markowski, nickname "Kat" is originally from Long Island. She has worked in the local real estate market since 1985. One of the highlights for her in working in the real estate industry is watching her clients faces light up when they find the perfect property. Her career began in property management and rentals; she has a reputation for having a "good eye" when it comes to properties for investment portfolios. Eventually branching out to commercial, residential and land to give her customers a one stop service for all their real estate needs.

Kat is educated in the area of sustainable living practices and participates with area groups and activities to better serve clients who are interested in this way of life. With an extensive background in alternative living and health therapies, she participates with local organizations educating the public about holistic health therapies. She has a BS from Empire State College, a graduate of the Fingerlakes School of Massage, a Reiki practitioner and an herbalist.

Kat enjoys the great outdoors and has a deep respect and appreciation for nature and wildlife. She enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, research, concerts, art and most of all spoiling her pets.
