Ithaca-area native Judy Kirtland was born and raised in Brooktondale and graduated from Ithaca High School in 1987. After high school Judy moved away and experienced life in several different states and even another country. She spent considerable time in Charlotte, North Carolina, and earned a master’s certificate in project management from Villanova University. She recently returned to her hometown of Brooktondale.

Judy decided to enter real estate after working for ten-plus years in the mortgage industry. She is very familiar with the mortgage process, having worked in the closing, processing, and underwriting departments. However, she most enjoyed working as a business analyst and project manager for the mortgage company. Her ability to determine the needs of the client, document them thoroughly, and implement a project was extremely valuable. She would enjoy putting these project management skills to work for you, keeping the home buying or selling process organized.

Judy likes to travel with her friends and enjoys meeting new and interesting people. In her free time she loves to design and create jewelry, walk her dog, go to the movies, take Sunday drives, and even take her ATV for a ride.
