My wife, Barbara, and I have lived in the Tompkins/Tioga county area for 25 years. Prior to moving lto the area we lived and worked in Elmira, NY and owned and managed rental property there. Many know me from my 15 years at Wegman's in Ithaca. Others know us as owner/operators of Candor Fine Foods, or as sellers of home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers at the Ithaca Farmers Market. Barbara operates a dog & cat boarding kennel for people that need a home away from home for their pet.

It is close customer relationships like these that have given me a deep understanding of the area and its residents, an understanding that I can apply as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Audrey Edelman Realsy USA.

I am eager to help you with your real estate buying and selling needs. I will spend extra time with first time buyers to help them find all the benefits available, and can us my experience with commercial property to help investors.

To gain knowledge to better serve my customers, I participate in continuing education above and beyond what is legally required. I recently completed a 30 hour course that covered material not included in the 45 hour course needed to get a real estate license. I am also working on the coveted GRI designation and have been lucky enough to receive a scholarship from New York State Association of Realtors, Inc. for a 2 day course toward that end.
