"Ithaca is a place you come to live for what you think will be a short time then you find you love it and never want to leave...." Originally coming to Cornell to complete a Ph.D. in Hotel Administration, Beth, like so many who come to Ithaca to study, decided to make it her home.

Beth attributes part of her decision to reside here to "the broad range of opportunities" available in the area. Not only is there ample opportunity for Beth to hike and cross-country ski, but also to pursue interests she shares with others, such as the Wretched Excess Gourmet Society, Courtside Raquet and Fitness Club, the Cornell Society of Hotelmen, and Cornell Campus Club.

Beth brings a sound perspective to real estate, one which she gained from experience in marketing/management consulting as well as extensive travel in Europe and Hawaii. Additionally, Beth has lived in Connecticut, Virginia, Western New York, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- experiences which enable her to uniquely relate to clients coming to Ithaca from metropolitan areas.
