David has lived in the Ithaca area for 25 years and believes this is a truly special place to live and raise a family. A Cornell graduate, David, and wife Nancy owned and operated an 800-acre cash crop farm for 18 years, before getting into the Real Estate business full-time. David, Nancy, and their three children live in a renovated farmhouse set on 80 acres in Mecklenburg.

David has bought and sold Real Estate privately for the last 20 years, and brings this expertise and savvy to Audrey Edelman & Associate's clients. Integrity, energy and enthusiasm, as well as his "people skills", are what make David a Real Estate Professional.

Active in the local community, David has served on the Trumansburg School Board for 3 terms, and has been Board President for 6 years. David and his family are members of the Trumansburg United Methodist.

David enjoys the outdoors; wildlife habitat improvement is a passion, having built 3 ponds on his property so far. Cross country skiing and being involved in his children's activities fill much of his free time.
