Carol Margolis began her real estate career 25 years ago in Kennebunkport, Maine, and she has been working as a Realtor in the Ithaca real estate market since her family moved to the area in 1991. She brings to her business a positive attitude, dedication, lots of energy, and a sense of humor.

Carol specializes in client services—and referrals from satisfied customers are a mainstay of her consistent activity in the marketplace.

Whether helping people relocate from outside the community or move within the Ithaca area, Carol provides exceptional professional service to ensure a happy result. Honesty, integrity, perseverance, and keen attention to detail give Carol the professional edge.

To be able to offer her clients the most up-to-date information in the industry, Carol has continued to receive real estate training. She has earned several educational designations including the GRI, CRS, and CBR. She is an active member of the Ithaca Board of Realtors, serving as its President in 2007.

She is also a member of the Trumansburg Chamber of Commerce.
