As a life long Ithaca resident I care very deeply about this community. I remember when there was no Route 13, no malls, parking on State Street in front of Whelan’s Drug Store, The College Spa (a great restaurant and meeting place) and if I tell anymore I will sound like my grandparents who had to walk miles to school up hill both ways!

My point is I know this town and surrounding areas very well. Many of the homes on the market today belonged to my friends’ parents or other family members. Most have gone through changes, updates and several owners but they are still part of what makes this town so unique. We are blessed with lots of open space, a beautiful lake and surrounding gorges and more recently all those wineries!

I have worn many hats over the years. I worked at Cornell for 22 years then began working for small businesses and non-profits. My time with Tompkins Community Action in the Weatherization Department gave me a lot of knowledge regarding home energy saving measures and what to look for in a basement! I am also on The Board of Directors for Better Housing of Tompkins County.

In this career I pull from all my experiences and resources to help my clients achieve their dreams. I have a can do attitude, just ask my first time homebuyers. I am very good at leveraging funding sources to provide buyers with the financing that fits their eligibility and their needs. I know what’s out there.
