Beth Brennan entered real estate in 1996 and thoroughly enjoys working with the diverse community Ithaca attracts. Most of her business is from personal referral from satisfied clients.

Formerly a health care administrator, Beth has transferred her problem-solving skills into helping buyers find the home that’s just right for them and helping sellers to maximize success in selling their homes. Her undergraduate degree is from William and Mary and she has an MHA from the Medical College of Virginia. Beth has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. She is currently the secretary for the Ithaca Board of Realtors.

An Ithacan since 1985, Beth has lived in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, New Jersey, and Rhode Island and understands the challenges of relocation.

Beth’s husband, Peter, is a gastroenterologist at Cayuga Medical Center. They have three sons, all of whom have attended Ithaca city schools. Tom graduated from Princeton (class of 2008), Mike is at Cornell (class of 2009), and Joe is at Gettysburg.

When not selling real estate, Beth likes to cook, walk, downhill ski, and spend time with her family.
